Hi
Yes Matcha green tea od too concentrated..it's high in Flavanoids ,antioxidants and polyphenolic compounds..which are anti inflammatory, anti-aging, anti-viral and anti- cancerous and drinking on empty stomach upon raising if taken in the decaffeinated form is beneficial for weight loss, overweight and obese individuals , reduces risk of heart diseases, relaxing body and mind, good for liver too..by giving protection...builds stronger boney structure and better eyesight and consuming in moderation is important..not required to take daily...but once in two days is fine..
Thankyou
Matcha is a highly concentrated form of green tea.Since the entire leaf is used in matcha rather than steeping green tea leaves with water, matcha tea is more concentrated in both caffeine and antioxidants than green tea. In fact, matcha has about 3 times more antioxidants than green tea
Studies have proved that matcha is good in cancer fighting
Yes Matcha Green Tea is good for health. It is helpful to improve energy, weight loss and mental alertness. It is rich in antioxidants, that would be helpful to prevent from some diseases. It is also good for your beauty care and dental health also. If some one has high blood pressure issue, one should go for decaffeinated version of this.
Next Steps
Don't consume in excess amount.
Health Tips
If you have high blood pressure issue, please go for decaffeinated version of this.
Yes Drinking Matcha green tea is good. It is boosted with antioxidant. But don't exceed more than 2-3 cups a day as it has high content of caffeine too.
