What happened to my mother? She is getting thinner day by day,  she eats 3 times a day, . I'm so worried. She is in her 50s. What happened to her? her weight is 40kgs now.. before it was 52kgs

Eat egg daily for breakfast. Rice with dal and vegetable to have at night. Banana to consume on daily basis for mid morning snack. Evening snack nut and seed with milk to drink daily in the evening.Dinner chicken and paneer to have for dinner.

I would suggest to consult a good doctor as well as check for blood profile. That will help to identify exact cause even better. In terms of diet, please ensure that she takes meal properly at the right time in the right way. Encourage at least 10 glasses of water everyday. Have whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Gud morning pls do immediately blood test it might be due to some underlying health issues like diabetes,kidney issues,liver issues,hyperthyroidism issues etc.Pls consult physician for it at first.
