Lump msy be due to abscess, sinus or ulceration. Xray of the area is required to rule out the cause.antibiotics along with analgesics to relieve infection. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations.

Such a lump may be caused by a gum or tooth abscess or by irritation.
You should get it checked up by a dentist without delay so they can examine it clinically and if required get an oral biopsy done to rule out cancer.
It could be due to irritation which is relatively common and can be removed by surgery.
