Lower back pain and pain in the heels
I am suffering from lower back pain for months now. Also now a days feeling pain in heels as well. Daily i wake up with the pain. Please help me out. I am getting so depressed because of continues pain.

You need to elaborate your issue on, 1. Pain aggravation/ relif factor I.e climbing up/down bending forward/backyard. 2. Any h/o trauma or weight lifting before this pain started. 3 numbness in foot leg.
Next Steps

Backache may be due to Bad Posture or Exertion and Heel Pain may be due to Spur formation in heel.

U need get evaluated for back paiN with simple X-rays. For heel pain looks like plantar fasciitis which need proper painkillers with hot water fomenation. and calf strengthening exercises. For back pain unwed core strengthening exercises expecting no history of trauma.
