Mild thrombocytopenia and raised ESR indicate some kind of infection n inflammation..take adequate fluid ,balanced diet n proper 7 to 8 hr sleep .. currently it's quite common viral infection ,self limiting ..it will improve..if there is any symptoms,u can visit your nearest physician or consult in practo
