My husband has done full body blood test and we can see the platelates count is low 110000 ,however he doens't have any fever recently,

He should take fat free diet, low in sugary food,more of fresh vegetables, fruits like banana, orange, fortified cereals, nuts like almond, soya beans.
Regular physical exercise is needed.
Tab vit d3 50,000 units once weekly for 6 weeks.
Tab Atorvastatin 10mg one after dinner for 6 weeks.
Repeat lipid profile and serum vit d3 after 6 weeks.
