Hi, I have been working on weight loss and need to loose 20 KGS. Is it safe to go in low calorie diet which is very low on carbs and high on protein and fats? If yes...For how long can I be on this diet?

Better to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals . Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi..low calorie diet doesn't imply to have no carbs😊.. A low calorie diet should also be planned such wch should be balanced in macro and micro nutrients so as to avoid any kinda deficiency during the weight loss tym. Hello, Taking a low calorie diet can have consequences as carbohydrate is the main source of fuel for body. You may feel dizzy, can faint if on a very low carb diet. Follow a healthy and balanced diet do not go for any crash diets, it can affect your health Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.

You need to have a balanced diet which includes all the food groups in required amounts. Carbs are not your enemy,  moderation and portion control is the key. Eliminating, decreasing or increasing any specific food groups depends on specific medical conditions and not to be done in general without any supervision.
