Please keep an eye on your systolic blood pressure as well. A diastolic reading between 70 and 50 is generally acceptable, provided you’re not experiencing symptoms like light-headedness or dizziness. If you feel any discomfort or unusual symptoms, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional.
Next Steps
Monitoring bp

Yes, a diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of 50-60 mmHg is considered low and may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting due to inadequate blood flow to the brain and vital organs.

The information provided by you is inadequate. We should not analyse the effect of BP based only on the lower reading. It should be a comprehensive assessment.

I think you are talking about the diastolic bp i.e normally in the range of 60-80 mmHg ,but it doesn’t give the complete picture of the dynamics of the body. A detailed history need to be taken and evaluation needs to be done accordingly.
Next Steps
You should consult a qualified doctor immediately if you are experiencing any symptoms.
