Hi, looks like you are having mechanical pain in your back, which is common in this young age. Basically all the problems in our body arises because of muscular imbalance. You must check wether you feel tightness in back of the thigh or front of the thigh while moving your leg. Simple trick is by sleeping on your back and raising leg up till 90 degree. If you can do this without bending your leg from knee your back of thigh muscle is fine but if you are not able to do it you back of thigh muscle is tight which might cause back pain. For further understanding of problem you can download my application “physiotrendz” from which you can get a free online consultation for your problem. Thankyou

I read your chief complaint of back pain and stiffness after 5 minutes of sitting and MRI which is  showing straightening of lumbar spine. Which is indicating me lower cross syndrome. Where your back extensor and hip flexor are tightened on other hand your lower abdomen muscle and gluteus are weak. Which is usually occur in those, who are attaining faulty posture for a long period of time and not taking back support while doing a long period of sitting job. Then few thing which u have to do 1 correct your posture by adjusting your chair and table to correct your faulty posture. 2 Drink 3 time coconut water to hydrate your body, which will help you to reduce stiffness. 3 do gentle back stretch in every hour of interval. 4 apply Rogan phosphorus 2 times in a day. 5 Take Bio D3 1OD 6 you cant make correct back muscle without help of your physiotherapy doctor. Your MRI report shows that you have disc lesion at three levels in your low back. Did you start doing yoga asanas with proper guidance or therapist? For your condition leg raise and padhahatasana will aggrevate your pain.
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation to the affected site for 15-20 minutes twice a day for a week. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should avoid forward bending activities. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing or staircase climbing. You need to take breaks in between your work for atleast 2 min for every 20 minutes of sitting or standing.
Health Tips
You need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

First get it diagnosed why the pain occurs. If it’s muscle or bone or nerve or ligament. Every injury has their different treatment protocols. And this injury can be treated with physiotherapist. But first get it diagnosed.

First of all complete the treatment properly, if you do yoga do it for atleast 3-4months atleast. Or if you do electrotherapy do it for atleast 6months. If you do treatment and think you will get better within one month it will not work body takes it own time to heal we can't say how much time it will take. Better treatment will work better when diagnosis is proper.if you want to Stop any treatment ask your doctor or  ask to change the treatment plan to work.but dont leave in between.
Next Steps
now just start doing static back strengthening exercises.core strengthening. back Stretching. applying ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min.
Health Tips
avoid lifting heavy weights. avoid forward bending. for better treatment and advice consult with practo physiotherapists.
