I am suffering leg back nerve pain & stiffness for few minutes, when I getting up after  leg folded sitting on floor

Probably it's due to the muscle tightness at the back of the thigh. Please consult me online to help you with the exercises to stretch that muscle.

You should do Quadriceps and Hamstrings stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.

When the core muscles goes for shortening due to reduced flexibility i.e., when the muscle is tight it compresses ur nerve and causes pain and numbness sometimes in case of positional issue To rule out other conditions need further assessment

Leg back pain could be a pelvic issue as you seem to say that the nerve pain is not continuous. Seeing a physiotherapist physically is a better alternative, but if it's hard then try an online session. Pelvic issues respond well to icing with towel wrap on area of origin of pain for 15 minutes 3 times a day. You could also use a pain gel.
