Neck stiffness
Neck getting stiff within 20min of sittings. Done MRI it says mild cervical spondylitis. Done physiotherapy many times but it's not helping to get rid of stiffness

Trapezius muscle inflammation.  Will need clinical treatment for regular sessions followed by a home program.  Can aggravate if neglected.  Specific Physiö modality n maneuver indicated.  Can discuss further over  video consultation n plan treatment .

Mild cervical spondylitis could be the cause for your neck stiffness. Ergonomic changes and Posture correction plays a major role in your case. I would like to know what are all the treatments you took in Physiotherapy and duration of the treatment. Are you doing any exercises taught by your Physiotherapist?

You need a set of specific exercises for your neck regions some core strengthening exercises. Pls let us know if you wish to do a video call on the same . Physiotherapy will be effective with exercises

Body takes it own time to heal you need to exercise regularly and continues. Applying ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min. Do neck isometric exercises regularly Trapezius stretching with hold. Do not get worried about your pain. Avoid using high pillow Try to do some shoulder strengthening exercises also. Avoid using gadgets and phone for too long.
