Neck stiffness
Because of the sudden sneezing, my neck got stiff and now I am unable to rotate my head around. This happened in the morning and still it is paining. I searched for few neck exercises online but didn't work.

You have a condition called as locked neck due to spasm of deep neck cervical muscle.

Hi mam, apply any pain reliving gel or ointment and do hot water fermentation on the pain site. Later you can perform mild neck stretches to release stiffness.

Apply hot pack twice a day, dont do any exercises visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ift+us for 3 days. If this has happened for the first time then no worries, if you've got neck pain earlier then need proper assessment for proper treatment.

Hi mam, may i know if u were having any stiffness or pain before this? It might be continuous or on-off. Also plz let me know your city. Just by so called 'google exercises' it won't become better. U will need some physio to attend to u.

avoid jerky, sudden movements, do hot fomentation for 10min by hot water bag n then apply a bit of oxalgin nano ointment n spread once. water should be medium hot.

You have cervical spondylitis in the neck or there is compression in the nerve in C6 C7, you should first get an X-ray then after that contact the nearest physiotherapist. Thank you

Yes it is called cervical sprain.but not reason for sneezing after sneezing it may agrivated .main reason is postural issue may be you worked for long time neck bending posture.

Hi Apply voveron gel on your neck .Don’t do any forceful neck movements. Hot fomentation for 15 min on affected site. No exercises now . After pain goes off you can start with neck strengthening exercises.

If it is first time, nothing to worry mam.if it's occuring frequently visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment. Take electrical modalities treatment to reduce spasm and pain.After reducing the pain start doing neck strengthing and stretching exercises prescribed by Physiotherapist.
