At the age of 29.. its early to have this problem.. but easy to recover..! Basically if ur job profile is sitting for long this is gonna happen frequently.. Go for hot water formantation for 15mins followed by myolaxin ointment.., twice a day is recomended.. specially before going to bed.. and u have to take some precautions during ur work hrs.. i.e; avoid sitting for long,, after every 20-30mins try to take break from ur position for atleast 1mins,, just strole around n then get back to work,, check with ur chair, if uncomfortable plzz change it or place a long vertical soft pillow on ur chair while sitting..! And as i recomend everyone brisk walk for 20mins few basic exercises n lots of water..! Thank u..!
