I am having heavy cold from yesterday and nose are blocked and could not smell anything but I can taste can this be covid ?

Yes. You are determined to get your name in the Guinness World records. But please get a RTPCR done.  If positive you may inform the State or District Health Authority. In my City most of the Diagnostic centres have stopped doing RTPCR Test because there is no workload. Frankly I have not seen any Covid +ve report in the News paper for a long time.

According to your sign and symptoms you are suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection . It’s due to viral infection and caused by Influenza virus to Covid virus . You shouldn’t worry about covid virus first take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop d 1 time per day for 3 days before food . 2- Tab Montina L 1 time per day for 3 day after food. 3- TabAzithromycin 500 mg 1 time per day for 3 day after food . 4- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day after food for 3 day. 5- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 times per day after food for strengths and immunity.
Next Steps
Please follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty food and take protein containing food in the diet. After 3-5 day of taking treatment if fever come as more than 100 degrees then you can do test as Covid -RT -PCR swab of throat .

No it’s not Covid it’s common cold virus may be is seasonal If symptom get worsen consult near by physician
