I am 33 yrs old. My hight is 5'10. And my weight is 84. Is that right weight for me?? If not. What weight should be maintained. I eat veg and non veg. Totally non alcoholic, no cigrette, no tobaco. I want best diet plan for me.

You are over weight by almost 6 kg. Indeed for better results you need to reduce more than that. Firstly eat on time Second have 2-3 liters of water daily In early morning you can begin your day with detox water Have fiber rich breakfast Lower intake of rice in lunch add salad and curd there Evening add green tea or buttermilk Dinner do it by 8 not after that have light or normal dinner No to fast food and oily foods Eat in adequate amount No to snacking habit
