Stay active do at least one hour of walking. Do not leave big gaps at least try to munch on pumpkin seeds or flax seeds or jeers. Switch to brown rice and add more veggies to your plate.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Avoid big gaps in your meals thats you are getting gastric issues. Take fibre rich diet which should be balance diet. Avoid outside food. Spicy food. Drink enough water 2to 3 lit
