Hi i m 24 yrs old unmarried female...i want to loose weight and i have started to follow a diet and exercise as well but i want to ask what foods should i involve in salads for morning and evening so that i dont get loose skin and stretch marks...plz name those foods that i should use as salads in morning as well as evening.

Hello, Loosing weight in a healthy way is more important so that you don't get back what you have lost.  Regular cardio for at least one hour a day helps along with a healthy diet which includes whole grains, veggies and fruits with some dal or meat.  Salad can have anything like cucumbers, carrots. Beetroot, knolkhol, capsicum,  lettuce leaves , tomatoes. Only salad eating will not help you try to workout with body weights.  If you do heavy workout with weight you will face stretch marks.  Apply coconut oil faster workout to reduce the stretch marks

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and Walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet add planty of water.avoid oil and fried food. As salad can take cucumber,carrot, beetroot,tomato,kheera,etc
