My mom is looking too weak from so many days... She loses her weight day by day.. Her age is 37.. and height is 4'9... She is suffering from ulcer she can't take enough food due to it...
Recently her intenstine was wounded...now she is alright.. she daily intakes the zeerab-D tablets (I posted a pic of it) for ulcer...so please suggest me a few ways to get her back...
Even she takes the tablet she can't eat enough of food...

She needs very basic but bland food which is soft and easy to digest
Few e.g dalia khichadi, dahi - chawal, milk bread and also raagi or amaranth seeds porridge, rava upma with no seeds or nuts and or green chillies.
Add lime juice or chaat masala for flavour. If she is not diabetic than can consume kheer or seviyan , chena mithai too.

Especially people with ulcer cannot take food adequately. The diet has to be planned for 6-8small meals per day. The diet should contain good amount if fruits as they provide vitamins like A and C. Vitamins help in healing the ulcer.
Probiotics should be included in the diet like yoghurt and aged cheese.
Avoid milk because milk Sometimes Causes pain and increases acidity.
