I am working and absolutely no time to prepare anything even a green tea...I wanted reduce my weight using only supplements so that I may maintain a balanced diet...I need a quick weight loss using supplements only...please suggest

Hi ! I understand that you want to lose weight quickly. However, would you be happy if the lost weight comes back quicker than you lost it ? If you answered no then you should not be focusing on fast weight loss with supplements. that will harm your body, cause muscle loss which will lead to quick fat gain, hormonal issues and won't enhance apperance either. Also, even if you are busy, you're still eating food right ? You only need to learn to make better choices and re-prioritise your health. Eating healthy isn't an option if you want a fit & healthy body. It doesn't have to take much time. But some time for sure. The results will be worth it! Yes to loose weight a planned diet will be of great use. Eat plenty vegetables,fruits greengram sprouts in every meal u eat . Papaya,greengram sprouts ,with a glass of milletmalt drink will be a great meal for breakfast. Millets grains cooked with vegetables as pulao,vaangibath,bisibelebath,khichdi ,rotis from milletflour,can be for lunch with vegetables. Buttermilk,veg soup ,low fat milk,lemon juice,can be inbetween drinks. Almonds,walnuts,figs cherries,berries,apples,citrus fruits can be snacked on. Horsegram,sesame seeds,flaxseeds in equal qty,cleaned,dry fried powdered and mixed with jaggery ,a lemonsized laddu will be a healthy snack. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for six hrs at night. Physical activities as yoga,walking exercises,playing sports,swimming for an hour or two will be an added aid to keep fit.
