With your history of bleeding gums , fatty liver and daily alcohol consumption ,it would be appropriate for you to get your blood investigation done that includes CBC renal profile liver function test glucose levels urine analysis and ultrasound abdomen. These, will give an idea about what May be the  exact  cause.

Please get cbc, lft, kft, blood sugar, lipid profile tested.also ultrasound abdomen to look for stage of fatty liver. Unfortunately, the only real treatment for alcoholic liver disease is abstinence(before it becomes severe enough to be irreversible) Please vit a counselor working on alcohol dependence to help you stop alcohol use.

Fatty liver grade? Bleeding gums can be related to a lot of things but for 2 months is a cause of concern. Alcohol amount is not that bad but still its taking a toll on your health. Need more details on the hard pegs..
