While evident flat foot in left leg ..being a sportsman always feeling pain in ancle n caughs.. treatment of insole shoes is going on ..along with yoga but what will be full treatment by which his response time n flexibility can increase

If your actively into sports.  See a sports physiotherapist and have complete assessment of your problem and then carry with the treatment as suggested by your therapist.  Because foot problems not ends there but it need to be looked all the from your whole body posture and weight distribution of your body during normal activities and your play and more thing under consideration.

It's good to use insoles but he also need to train his foot muscles for proper alignment then only in the long run his pain and cramps will reduce...some stretching exercises for calf and quadriceps muscles can also be of help.

Hello, Start with foot and calf strengthening exercises. Use a proper insole. Use a ball roll foot on the ball so it will release trigger points.
