Flat foot and anterior pelvic tilt.
I have flat foot and anterior pelvic tilt . It's even effecting my posture . What should I do? Can this be treated?

You need to go for entire postural assessment so that correct line of treatment/ exercises can be planned to give you good posture.Besides that for flat feet you should be doing intrinsic foot exercises which can be taught only by a physiotherapist..one simple exercise is move your foot over a small spiked ball, also wear an arch support underneath your shoes.
