Foot Supination
My right foot is going into supination. Especially while walking. Earlier also this used to happen. But now I have to tilt it to walk and that is causing difficulty walking and pain in leg. What problems can it cause? What is the cause and treatment? Please help me.

Foot supination can be corrected by modification in your walking pattern and also strengthening protocol of your foot and lower limb completly. It is important that you get it corrected because foot problems eventually cause knee and back problems with time. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment. It may be due to flatfoot,muscle imbalance,weakness to supinator muscles which causing u supination while walking. Gait training,ankle strengthening exercises, plantar fascia stretching.
