The situation doesn’t look that bad. You need to consult the Orthopaedic Doc who will realign the foot. Along with the ortho doc you also need to consult the physiotherapist. For treating club foot orthopaedic and physiotherapy treatment will go side by side. Orthotic shoes must be worn most of the time during the day and should be regularly used for the night. Stretching exercise at regular intervals is a must. Shoes have to be worn till 4 years of age as there are chances of relapsing.
Next Steps
Visit an orthopaedic Doc followed with a physiotherapist consultation

Hey there! Please visit an orthopaedician. Not in physiotherapists control at this stage. Do not worry. Condition is not out of control. Orthopaedician would handle it. A physiotherapist could have helped if the Condition would have been known earlier. After the cast removal you will have to visit a physiotherapist.
Next Steps
visit an orthopaedician.
Health Tips
Although it is not too late. Find a good orthopaedician and get your kid treated soon.
