If its in the vicinity of last teeth, in all probability it must be the wisdom teeth or the third molar erupting which is very common at your age. Use a pinch of salt and lukewarm water as a mouth rhinse. Consult a dentist and get an x-ray done to check the position of the tooth for a longterm remedy.
