I was feeling some swelling under the last teeth of my mouth a week ago and now it's a knot like a mole I am worried about it and just wanted to know what can be the reason behind this and where should I consult ??

Hi.. Features are more towards wisdom eruption leading to mucosal swelling called pericoronitis. Visit dentist for treatment. X ray is required.

If its in the vicinity of last teeth, in all probability it must be the wisdom teeth or the third molar erupting which is very common at your age. Use a pinch of salt and lukewarm water as a mouth rhinse. Consult a dentist and get an x-ray done to check the position of the tooth for a longterm remedy.
