Treatment varies with severity of angulation, Sometime the problem is muscular imbalance around hip and sometime it is accompanied by flat foot. Some times the issue is there because of shape of bones. Clamp shell exercise , Tray lift , Dead lift exercises are helpfull in such cases along with that stretching of inner thigh muscles with prolonged holds also improoves the situation.

There is No treatment for it Other than Surgical Correction.. but its actchually Not a Problem if it's Not painful or if No trouble in walking. Some muscle Strengthening Exercise will Help u to make knees Stronger
