My knee got twisted 2 weeks ago while I went on trekking.
It's difficult to take stairs and also little problems in walking.
I am applying OMNIGEL on my knee.
There is some relief but not complete recovery.
Please provide some guidance.

Twisting injury suggests you might have ACL ligament or meniscus injury. Observe bed rest, knee brace and conservative treatment for 6 weeks. If pain still persists, get an MRI and evaluate any tears. That will help you in planning further treatment.
Hi
Dr Utsav Agrawal, orthopaedic specialist here
I would like to know did you have any swelling over your knee after the injury?
Such twisting injuries with difficulty in walking or climbing stairs are indications of injury affecting certain ligaments in your knee.
A systemic evaluation is must.
Next Steps
Xray and mri of knee after examination
Health Tips
Apply ice, use a knee cap, take anti inflammatory medication, avoid any strenuous physical activity
