Your can go for isometric exercises for quads and hamstrings, hip abduction, extensions Hamstrings stretching. And ankle toe movements Lower back isometric and gluteal bridging

Isometric quadricep and hamstring strengthening exercises will not affect back, and help you in knee pain 1. you can sit on bed with knee straight, keep a small, rolled towel below knee and try to press it, hold for 10 seconds and then relax for 2-3 seconds. repeat this 10 times for both side gradually exercises with resistance can be started
