It's a calculus (kidney stone ) of 13.6 mm. So it's obstructing the passage of urine from ureter. And when urine is not passing from either ureter, that will build up toxicity and inturn harm kidneys.
So now you are in this stage.
It's not basic stage, neither it's an emergency.
You can take homeopathy treatment for this condition, there are several evidences where such conditions are cured. But if you are taking for more than 20 days without any change . It's better to go for surgery.
