Have your dinner early and keep it light. Have less rice, potatoes. Have fibre rich foods and include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Hi Rather than investing in products like keto diet product or any other I would suggest you to invest in food you eating. To know you what food you should invest to lose weight and to become healthy meet any expert or me for a consultation. I believe and learned from experience that anybody can lose weight with a healthy low calorie diet plan. No Keto diet is not for Weight loss,it ment for epilepsy, but now days it is trendy diet. Better to follow balance diet 80 %and regular exercise 20%
