My dietician suggested me triphala for better digestion and detoxification for me . I generally have a tea spoon at night with butter milk .I'm trying to conceive , can I continue the same ?

Is the dietician qualified to prescribe Ayurveda herbs like triphala.. Yes it is a rasayana but when prescribed for specific conditions with honey/ ghee / warm water for specific health conditions and prakriti by an qualified Ayurveda doctor otherwise it may do more harm than good .

Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform, it's good u have faith on ur dietician but ur age n ur planning to conceive has priority constrains so thought Trifala is fine at its end but we ayurvedic dr need to choose n serve the purpose of ur reproductive goals so plz be at clinic for assessment togetherly because advancing age has its different challenges
