Is protein suppliments bad for kidney?
I am taking protein supplement. Is it bad for my body. Does it affect my kidney? Sometimes I suffer from digestive problem.

You can get required amount of protein from your diet . No need of supplements. In case you are doing extra exercises still we can manage that from diet . Overdose of protein will harm kidney .consult personally for proper guidance
