Multivitamin suppliment
Hi, I wanted to know what multivitamins will be good while you're on a diet ? How long should I take it? Do i have to get blood work before taking any supplements? I am currently eating more protein and fibre in a calorie deficit. Would really help me if you can answer this. Thankyou !
