Yes, Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is generally safe to use when prescribed by your doctor. It is approved for the management of type 2 diabetes and also helps with weight management when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise. Like all medications, it may have some side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or decreased appetite, especially in the initial weeks.
If you are seeking to lose Weight, Mounjaro or any other injection treatment is always the last option.
I advise you to not just choose it if someone unauthorised has recommended you.
Try for Lifestyle change first under the guidance of an experienced practitioner- Dietitian/ Nutritionist.
If nothing sustainable works out for you. You always have this option, bit since it may come with significant side effects and long term health effects, Prefer for a Dietitian first.

It’s not healthy. Weight loss is a natural process. You can opt the healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet as per your constitution ( vata/ pitta/ kapha)
Hi.. I don’t advice these injections , as in the long run they have adverse effects .. loose weight the right way .. even though it is a longer route.. ultimately being healthy is more important than loosing weight the wrong way & having other health issues
