I have attached a protein powder brand. Its called body fuel hardcore by big muscles. I am 24 years old and i am trying to gain weight. I go to gym and do strength exercises. Since im lifting weights i have been asked to take protein powder. Is this big muscle brand safe for women? Will it have any side effects? I was told there will b body heat hence advised to drink lots of water. I dont want that manly muscles. I just want a healthy and fit body. Is this ok to consume? This was suggested by the gym instructor.

Any extra sources is not good for our body. If you want to increase weight go for balance meal rather than high protein because you are looking out for healthy and fit body and not pumped biceps. Include some calorie dense foods like avocado, peanut butter,cheese,nuts,cream,dates.. Balanced diet will be economically friendly then buying protein powder

If your health goal is to attain a fit n lean body then natural protein through foods will suffice your needs. Taking extra protein doesn't help you in healthy way. It will have side effects in the long run. So, you can take dal, eggs, fish, lean meat, soya, milk n it's products, chana rajma as protein foods, these will help you.
