Hello Doctor, I'm 27 years old , currently I'm using protein x original as my daily protein supplement and looking to switch to Prostar ultimate nutrition protein power reason being it has more protein compared to what I'm using now. Could you please advise if these protein powders are safe to consume and does not have any adverse effect on health? Please note, I do not have any health issues and neither I'm allergic to anything. I'm currently under going through weight loss programme and aiming to have lean muscle physique. Thank you!!

Hello...inrake of protein powder is absolutely safer. But didnt mention how many grams of proteins you arw consuming As a suggestion, if your daily needs of proteins arw been fulfilled by correct diet, there is no need of protein supplements. You need to take good quality natural proteins and reduce down on your carbs and fats intake for weight loss.

Hello, Whenever you are going through a weight loss program it is advisable that you do it under the supervision of a Dietician. Use of protein powders in excess can do a lot of harm than good. Which is why it is advisable to consult a Dietician who exactly knows how much proteins you will require to lose weight and build up muscle mass.
