If a person (irrespective of their age) is going to the gym and doing resistance training, so to complete his/her protein requirement can he/she use protein powder, if not able to complete it with his/her daily diet?
And are protein powder safe to use for every person of every age group, if consumed in proper amount (not overdosed) and bought from a renowned brand like, ONN, MuscleBlaze and many more like them?

You can use them
But need to see your medical test also in regards for your liver health and kidney health like uric acid and urea. That can be affected by high protein.
By seeing them and your body weight and height we can finalize exact amount of protein for you.
