Hello.... First of all, you are not over weight. According to you height and weight your BMI is normal. If belly fat is the issue, u have to workout on it specially (abdominal exercises may help) along with a balanced diet. Cinnamon intake is safe but how much amount you are taking is important. Instead of taking it in night take, it in early morning. Thanq

Hello user, To loose weight you need customised diet which is balanced and according to your need, for belly fat ( particular sphere) you need to exercise. So basically a healthy diet with exercise will help you to loose weight and every individual is different, what is good for someone doesn't mean it will be good for you also. Now Cinnamon is good to go but excess consumption will harm you. 2-4 gms cinammon powder is safe or if you are consuming cinnamon water then 2"-3" Stick is perfectly fine on regular basis. You will get more benefits of Lemon water if you are taking it in morning rather than night. Most important thing is that CINNAMON WON'T HELP YOU TO LOOSE WEIGHT. As it is a myth that it will help you for weight loss, and study won't support this fact because Lack of evidence. But yes cinnamon will help you in other ways for sure. Hello User, Cinnamon you can use daily basis but it is important how much you are taking pinch teaspoon tablespoon that's matter a lot because too much of anything is harmful. And why are you taking it in night why not in morning it will work as your detox drink. And there is difference between loosing weight and loosing fat.

Cinamon is not only helpful in losing weight, but it also has many other benefits like it has a lot of antioxidants, it has anti inflammatory properties, it is anti bacterial, anti fungal also. It also helps in reducing blood sugar levels especially type 2 diabetes, lowers down blood pressure. But the recommended amount of cinamon in our daily deit should not be more than 1/2 to 1 tea spoon which comprises of around 2- 3 grams. If this amount exceeds, it can lead to many side effects like mouth sores, excessive amount can prove to be carcinogenic( cancer), toxicity, liver damagae etc.. and many more. So if you want to have the cinamon in boiled it can be taken, but within limitation.
