Irritation between middle back at spine
I have been feeling irritation and thumb like impression at the middle of my back for last 4 months. I thought its normal and it go away but it still persist. What it could be and what should i go for treatment. Is there any test to find right and correct problem.

Always use pain as your guide. Whenever you have pain in your body, it means something is off and needs resetting. Mid-spine (middle of the back) is where all the upper body's weight gets concentrated. Injuries in these areas are very common. But step 1 would be an Xray. We need this to see if there are any mal-alignments.

It’s may be due to muscle strain For temporary relief Use Hot pack Application for 10-15 mins 2-3 times a day Apply pain relief ointment for 3-4 times a day Start Lumbar strengthening Exercises Stretching Exercises
