Back pain in middle
Hello I have back pain in middle of my back 1 I have to sit for due to long hours of work than I have very little pain 2 but when I stand for one or two hours than pain hurts me a lot and I feel relax after sit 3 sometimes it hurts after wake up in morning So tell me it is due to wrong posture or any other problem

Hi, This looks like a stiffness in the back. To rule out if there is disc involvement, you have to go for a Xray full spine and then consult a Physiotherapist physically for further assessment and treatment.

Its your postural issue. Need to maintain proper posture while sitting for long duration, need to take a break every 30min if sitting more than an hour or long. Check for calcium levels, take healthy diet, do back strengthening exercises. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take IFT for a week and alter ask for postural correction exercises.

Yes due to wrong posture you got this problem Your lower back muscles are weak Better take Ultrasound and IFT for 10-15 days then followed by lower back Strengthening Exercises Posture correction Exercises Leg Strengthening and Stretching Exercises
