When i open my arm and open and close my wrist i feel current and pain in left hand thumb and little bit in first and middle finger...
And if i close my wrist in grab position tightly.
Pain in thumb and abductor muscles..
what it can be help...

It seems that u have nerve impingement. So u should start Physiotherapy for this. Avoid lifting weight in hand and start exercises under the supervision of the Physiotherapist only.
May be its radial or median nerve compress at lateral side of wrist joint so local ultra sound, ice therapy and wrist - finger exercise will help u
After some days if symptomes will not decrease then consult orthopaedic doctor...
It may be De-Quervein syndrome due to repetitive action of wrist or thumb... can say overuse injury.
It may cause weakness in grip & wrist region.
Next Steps
Apply ice Pack for 10min 3-4 times in a day.
Apply Dynapar gel & Wrist support with thumb support.
T.Etoshine 90 once in a day for 3 days.
