Fore arm and wrist pain
Dear doctor, I am suffering for pain at my wrist joint and forearm form a long time. I am consulted a ortho bit it waa of no use. I have also done xray of my hand but it showed no problem. My muscles are paining. I useyto lift weights at gym but i also stopped that due to pain in my right hand. Please help.

Not all pain in forearm & wrist are "Tennis elbow", It could be tight radial nerve/lateral ligament/trigger points/cervical disorder

Hello! It could be muscular injury during gyming You could have stretched and injured your extensor or flexor tendons. These inu don't show 8n x-rays

That does happen if the form isn't ideal also if recovery isn't done well. It does not necessarily mean that there's an injury however it maybe stiffness in the muscles which are giving you pain.

It's better to see a physiotherapist once to rule out exactly which part is aching and cause of pain, accordingly treatment could be done....

U should visit to the Physiotherapist. It can be ligament injury or muscle injury. Avoid lifting weight in gym and keep ur wrist supported.

Because it's your right hand which you might use all the time, continuous exertion may also trigger the pain everytime.

Hi there it could be Tennis elbow.

please do ice pack for 10 mins max for 3-4 times a day on elbow (outer side). do wrist extensor stretches.
