Hello sir I would suggest you to stop vigorous exercises which strains the buttocks.Instead, go for gluteal isometrics in lying, postural correction in sitting, and pelvic bridging exercises in pain free range. Loop warm fermentation regularly after the exercises. Avoid long hours of sitting or standing. Thank you.

Chronic sacroiliac joint pain can indeed be frustrating and challenging to manage. If you've been experiencing persistent pain despite rest and light stretching exercises for over two months, it's important to consider a few steps to address and possibly improve your condition: Consult a Healthcare Professional: Schedule an appointment with a healthcare provider who specializes in musculoskeletal issues or pain management. They can perform a thorough evaluation to diagnose the underlying cause of your sacroiliac joint pain and recommend appropriate treatment options. Physical Therapy: A physical therapist can design a tailored exercise program to strengthen the muscles supporting the sacroiliac joint and improve flexibility. They may also use techniques such as manual therapy or modalities like heat or ice to alleviate pain. Medications: Depending on the severity of your pain, your healthcare provider may suggest over-the-counter or prescription medications to reduce inflammation and alleviate discomfort. These might include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), muscle relaxants, or pain relievers. Injections: In some cases, corticosteroid injections into the sacroiliac joint can provide temporary relief by reducing inflammation and pain. These injections are typically performed under guidance such as ultrasound or fluoroscopy. Supportive Devices: Using a sacroiliac joint belt or brace may help stabilize the joint and reduce pain during daily activities. Activity Modification: Avoid activities that aggravate your pain, such as prolonged sitting or standing, heavy lifting, or activities that involve twisting motions. Consideration of Other Treatments: Depending on your specific situation, your healthcare provider might recommend other treatments such as chiropractic care, acupuncture, or alternative therapies.

this may be happening due to pronged sitting in awkward postures. due to your height, you may not be sitting properly at all sitting surfaces and may be sitting with more loads on the SI joint. sit and work in an ergonomic manner and take frequent breaks.
