Have you taken any MRI shoulder.. First of all you should take an MRI of your shoulder to rule out the cause for your pain. You should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for further assessment and treatment.

Hi , I would like to treat the reason of his pain ,not only the pain. Because all are doing the same with different methods like Pain killers, TENS, IFT, ultrasound etc. Mostly in shoulder cases the Glenohumeral joint , Acromioclavicular and Scapulothoracic would be affected that should be corrected. As a result the pain will be subsided with few days and the weakness of the muscles can be strengthened with some particular muscle training according to the patient. So the pain will be reduced and movement will regain.
