Initially, she needs to get tested for RA factor. Her symptoms shows signs of rheumatoid arthritis .Along with this get her tested for ESR,CRP, X - Ray, ultrasound,etc

There is only 2 options if RA positive and if not then only the disease is Fibromylgia .
