It seems to be a radiating pain either from neck or wrist...massage will not help. strengthening excercises can help once the root cause is known. Take a video consult for thorough examination.

First of all you should know the root cause of your problem. To find out I have few questions like How long do you have this pain? Is that continuous or intermittent? Do you have pain only in wrist and forearm or from shoulder and neck? Do you have any history of fall or hit on your right hand? Do you find swelling in your hand? Do you have numbness?

Overuse of the hand causing fatigue of the muscles and they giving you signals to give them rest. You may have your compulsions but the hand also has its limitations.

Reason could be poor posture, early degradation, sailed regeneration, servical rip or servical sponde. Physiotherapy can help in reliving the pain.
