My opinion is that your symptoms may be related to a problem in your lower back, such as nerve root compression or lumbar spinal canal stenosis. However, it is not possible to confirm the diagnosis based on symptoms alone. A proper physical examination is essential, and radiological investigations (such as an MRI or other imaging, if indicated by the treating doctor) may be required to determine the exact cause. I recommend consulting an orthopedic spine specialist or a neurologist for a comprehensive evaluation and appropriate management.
Next Steps
consulting an physiotherapist orthopedic spine specialist or a neurologist for exact diagnosis
Health Tips
Avoid prolonged standing, walking long distances, heavy lifting, and activities that worsen your symptoms. Use a walking aid (such as a stick or walker) if you feel unsteady to reduce the risk of falling. Avoid sudden bending, twisting, or jerky movements of the lower back. Maintain good posture while sitting and standing, and avoid sitting continuously for long periods. Get up slowly from a chair or bed before you start walking.

Based on your symptoms of heaviness in both legs, right thigh pain, numbness, limping, and fear of falling, this may be related to nerve involvement (possibly from the lower back) or weakness affecting your walking. A detailed physical examination is essential before starting any exercises. Please avoid self-medication or strenuous activities until the cause is identified.
Next Steps
Consult a Physiotherapist as soon as possible for a complete assessment. You may require a neurological examination. Until then, use support while walking, avoid prolonged standing, and take adequate rest.
Health Tips
If you develop increasing numbness, severe weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or are unable to walk, seek emergency medical attention immediately. Early diagnosis and appropriate physiotherapy can significantly improve recovery.
