Since 3 weeks joints are paining started with shoulder pain and then upper arm elbow pain finger joint pain and also knee pain. Did some tests.attached please suggest some medications and home remedies.

These Test Are Of No Use. Check With A Physiotherapist For Cervical Problem and Other Physical Examination of Shoulder Elbow and Fingers.
Also Knee Joint. Tests Are Only To Make You Realize That You Are ill. Better You Concentrate On Solution And Treatment of Your Pain.

Take food rich in calcium and vitamins.

We need few more information about any fever or dysentery 3 weeks ago. If it's post COVID symptoms these will settle down soon. If not post COVID try to reach a local physicians or Rheumatologist since it may require repeat follow ups
