Primary concern will be whether you have lifted any heavy weight recently or have been in an intense gym training. It might lead to spasm in your muscles. Which is the reason why you will have pain in certain in specific positions and not when you are touching it
Next Steps
Apply hot water bag over the area for 10-15 minutes, 3 times a day If you are work profile is sedentary, try to do warm exercises every 1 hour, while working While sleeping on bed make sure you use a pillow of optimum height (niether thin, nor thick) and a semi-soft pillow
Health Tips
Be careful while applying hot water bag, monitor the temperature properly first by your hand and then apply at the area you are experiencing pain. Sometimes the skin of the affected area might get more sensitive which can result in burns due to extreme temperatures.

According to me you have a rhomboid muscle strain. If possible do cold pack in the same area (from your spine to shoulder blade or if you go online and search for rhomboid muscle you can easily make out and do cold pack)as I suggest thrice a day for not more than 5 mins.Apply pain relief patch on same area as it’s effective for 10 hrs easily .avoid cold or cough or treat if you have has that also increses pain.should be fine in 3-4 days but if still pain persists or keep increasing consult a physiotherapist nearby.Hope it helps you. Thanks
