Severe back pain since 3 days
I am having a severe back pain since last 3 days, i tried hifenac-p but nothing has changed, also done regular heat pack application and lot of rest but nothing has improved. There was no injury or reason i know for this onset of back pain. Its a tingling p in at certain positions and my walking is painful. Also i cant stay very straight while walking.

Well it's a symptom of PIVD .which cause u discomfort and radiating pain .
Next Steps
get a x ray done it show wht iz happing in ur spine
